MECCHA CHAMELEON: Where Hiding Gets Creative

MECCHA CHAMELEON isn't about finding the closest corner to hide in. It's about becoming part of the world around you. Here, your biggest advantage is your imagination. Before anyone starts searching, you'll grab a paintbrush and try to convince the whole lobby that you're nothing more than another piece of the scenery.

The funny part? It actually works.

One round you might blend into a wooden fence. Next, you're standing beside a colorful slide, trying your hardest not to laugh as a Seeker stares right at you, unaware you're another player.

Winning Takes More Than Good Luck

At the beginning of every match, everyone is split into two teams.

If you're playing as a Hider, you'll have a few moments to paint your character before the countdown ends. Picking similar colors is important, but don't stop there. A convincing hiding place usually matters even more than a perfect paint job.

The best disguises feel natural. If your hiding spot makes people think, "That object belongs here," you've already done half the work.

Search Carefully

Being a Seeker is almost like solving a puzzle.

Instead of running through the map as quickly as possible, experienced players slow down and examine everything around them. A flower pot that's sitting a little too far from the wall, an oddly shaped fence, or a player who moves at the wrong moment can all give away a disguise.

Finding someone who spent minutes creating the perfect camouflage is surprisingly satisfying.

No Two Rounds Feel the Same

The maps are packed with colorful objects, furniture, walls, playground equipment, and decorations that can all become part of your hiding plan.

Even if you already know every corner of a map, the people you're playing with will always come up with new ideas. That's one of the biggest reasons the game stays entertaining after dozens of matches.

How to Play

  1. Enter an online lobby.
  2. Wait for the game to assign your role.
  3. If you're a Hider, paint yourself before the timer ends.
  4. Find a spot where your colors actually make sense.
  5. Stay still while the Seekers begin searching.
  6. If you're a Seeker, inspect every area until all Hiders have been discovered.

A Game Full of Funny Moments

The real charm of MECCHA CHAMELEON isn't just hiding - it's watching your plan actually fool another player. Maybe someone checks every corner except the one you're standing in. Maybe your friend spends half the round inspecting a bench while you're quietly pretending to be part of the fence beside it. Those unexpected moments are what keep people coming back for another match, because every game creates a brand-new story worth laughing about.
