World of Karts
World of Karts: Small Karts, Big Racing Fun
World of Karts is a cheerful racing game where tiny karts, colorful tracks, and a handful of silly items create a fun and unpredictable experience. The game is all about fast races, lighthearted competition, and the occasional bit of chaos rather than realistic driving. You’ll find yourself speeding around bright tracks while trying to stay ahead of other players - and sometimes dodging flying cupcakes.

The races are simple to understand but rarely boring. At any moment, another player might grab an item and suddenly change the outcome of the race. You can be leading with ease one moment, and then you're struggling to get back up after tripping over an egg that someone dropped behind you. Every race feels new because of the ongoing sense of surprise.
Two Ways to Race
There are two distinct game modes in World of Karts, each with a unique set of difficulties.
The first is Race Mode, where players compete directly against each other. The objective is to cross the finish line ahead of everyone else, and everyone starts together. Along the way, you’ll pass through item boxes that give you tools to slow down rivals or protect your position. Choosing the right moment to use an item can easily decide the race.
Time Trial Mode is the second choice. You are competing against your own best performance rather than other players in this mode. You can see precisely where you were faster or slower in the past by seeing a ghost version of your previous run on the track. It's a fantastic way to practice the course and gradually get better at driving.
Items That Add a Bit of Chaos
A significant portion of the game's entertainment value comes from the items. You will gather various tools that will be useful to you throughout the race as you drive around the track.
The cupcake, which you can toss at racers ahead of you, is one of the funniest things. Although it might seem innocuous, it can slightly interfere with their driving, allowing you to pass. The time bomb is an additional option that can cause problems for anyone unlucky enough to be in the vicinity.
Eggs can also be dropped behind your kart. If someone drives over one, they may briefly lose control or spin out, giving you a tiny but useful lead.
Customize Your Kart
Players can spend time customizing their karts outside of the races. The game allows you to change wheels, add stickers, and even place hats on your vehicle. Although the kart's performance is unaffected by these minor details, it is more entertaining to watch everyone's unique designs at the starting line.
While some players choose a fashionable appearance, others choose something utterly absurd.
How to Play
World of Karts keeps the controls simple so that anyone can start racing right away.
Controls
Arrow Keys – Control the direction of your kart
Shift – Drift while turning corners
Z – Use the item you have collected
During the race, drive through item boxes to receive special items. You can use these to maintain your lead or slow down opponents.
Learning the drifting technique is crucial. It helps you navigate corners without losing too much speed when used properly. With a little practice, you’ll start taking corners more smoothly and finishing laps faster.
The controls can also be altered in the settings menu if you want a different configuration.
Quick Races, Plenty of Fun
World of Karts is built for fast and enjoyable multiplayer races. You can jump into a match whenever you feel like playing and compete with others from around the world. Because the races are short and the items keep things unpredictable, every round feels a little different.
Whether you’re chasing a better lap time or trying to beat other racers to the finish line, World of Karts delivers a lighthearted racing experience that’s easy to pick up and hard to put down.
